The candidate will be expected to analyze existing client connectivity on legacy network(s) and understand / design an equivalent solution on the larger network. In addition, this job requires that the individual to liaise with client and internal teams to process migration orders and assist on all design issues/concerns throughout the life of that order until completion. The candidate will be responsible for working with the larger team to prioritize and report on the teams work as a whole to work towards the common goal; which is to reduce costs while delivering the same or better level of service.

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
2. Working and broad knowledge of network and telecommunication technologies generally, with in particular, a good understanding TCP/IP based networks and basic knowledge network security.
3. Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CCDP) or relevant job experience within a major Value Added Network Service Company and/or within the telecom department of a major financial institution or financial services provider.
4. A service oriented personality, with a strong drive towards customer satisfaction.
5. Ability to work efficiently, even under high stress levels and internal/external pressure.
6. Experience with the financial industry (strong plus)
7. Understanding of Multicast
8. Good interpersonal and analytical skills, Positive thinker, confident, presentable, enthusiastic, resilient, self-starter, and team player
9. Ability to multi task over a wide range of tasks and responsibilities
10. Strong background in account planning and/or proposal delivery, combined with proactive customer management skills
11. Ability to present technical information to a varied audience over the phone (junior to mid-level IT executive is the common client interface level).
12. Ability to provide specialized technical support in one or more areas, and to proactively share knowledge and learning with the global team.
13. Project Management experience and the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
CCNA minimum (with experience). CNNP equivalent preferred.
